The performance “Cold Fish” is a result of the collaboration between Samovarteateret and the polish dance company Silesian Dance Theatre.
Nikolay Shchetnev (Samovarteateret) and polish dancer Anna Piotrowska have been inspired by northern nature, people and fish.
“Cold Fish” is an abstract, funny and moving dance performance – to fish or not to fish, to be a fish or not to be a fish, to be a woman who can’t be a man, and a man who can be a woman, about borders, freedom, intimacy, freedom and yearning, and last, but not least: how to prepare first grade fish.
